Step 7:  Showing Your Home

A buyer prospect is on the way to your show.  Show time!  So what do you do now?   The best way for buyers to see a home is without the seller present.  But if you are selling on your own, that's hard.  If at all possible, you need to stay out of the way as much as possible.

You should also have a feature sheet prepared for prospective buyers who look at your home.  Very few buyers are ready to buy as soon as they see a home, they need to take the time to thing over their decisions....and your feature sheet will help them remember your home

NOTE:  A buyer wanting to buy the home immediately when they first see it is a sure sign that the home is under priced!
